[Scene opens in the O-rena as Tidal Wave music comes over the PA system and camera pans the arena to find it sold out with all the fans cheering and some fans even holding signs such as "VICE will BURN Dalton" and "I smell what the Chief's been drinkin'...". The music stops and President Mike Kremen, Vice-President Thomas Jackson, and Commissioner Chris Mann come down to the ring in suits. Mr. Kremen has a mic and he begins to speak once he gets into the ring.]

Kremen: Welcome, all fans of Tampa Bay Wrestling, to Tuesday Tidal Wave, TBW's first card!

[fans cheer]

Kremen: Tonite, we start our quest to find our first TBW Heavyweight Champion!

[With that, the three leave the ring to the mass cheering of fans and go to the announcing table.]

Dalton and VICE lock up. VICE throws Dalton into the ropes and nails him with a clothesline. Dalton gets right back up and the wrestlers are now trading rights. Oh, now Dalton's hitting more than VICE… he's gaining control… Dalton kicks VICE in the stomach… DDT!! He planted him! Dalton going to the top rope… Dragon Splash…. NOOOO… VICE moves out of the way and Dalton goes face first to the mat. VICE picks up Dalton… Powerslam! VICE bounces off the ropes…. Leg drop on Dalton! VICE helps Dalton to his feet… and sets him up… it looks like an Edge Powerbomb… YES… the Miami Beach Breaker!! He hits it and goes for the pin… Baid counts… 1… 2… KICKOUT!! Dalton kicked out of VICE's 'finisher'!! VICE helps Dalton up to his feet again and sends him to the corner! And quickly follows with an elbow! VICE tries to whip Dalton across the ring to the other corner, but Dalton reverses and VICE hits the corner hard and bounces to the middle of the ring. Dalton sets up VICE… Piledriver! VICE looks like he's out! Dalton goes back up to the top rope… Dragon Splash!! He hits! He goes for the cover… Baid counts… 1… 2… 3!! Jim "The Dragon" Dalton wins the match and moves on to the second round of the TBW Heavyweight Title Tournament!

Chief and Wilson go in circles around each other, trying to figure out what to do. Chockastoma lunges at Wilson with a Spear! Chockastoma throws Wilson into the ropes and gets him with a Sidewalk Slam! Chockastoma goes for the cover… Baid counts… 1… 2… 3!! Chief Chockastoma wins the match and will face Jim "The Dragon" Dalton on Friday Night Lightning in the second round!

Titan and Mayhem lock up in the middle of the ring. Titan muscles his way towards the ropes and whips Mayhem across the ring into the ropes. Mayhem's on his way back… WHOA… Titan's got him in a choke hold! This could be a quick match! Mayhem's going for the ride… Chokeslam! Titan's helping Mayhem to his feet and launches him into the ropes… but on his way back Mayhem counters with a Lou Thez (sp?) Press! Mayhem is giving hitting lefts and rights, but Titan just grabs Mayhem and throws him off… Mayhem got thrown through the ropes to the outside of the ring! Out of the ring comes Titan…and he grabs a chair! He's aiming… meanwhile Baid counts… 1… Titan swings the chair but Mayhem ducks and Titan misses and drops the chair. Meanwhile Mayhem kicks Titan in the stomach and hits him with an Ace Crusher! Mayhem rolls the almost unconscious Titan into the ring and rolls into the ring as well. The crowd is cheering and Mayhem does a little posing. Mayhem gets back to business and covers Titan… Baid counts… 1… 2… Titan throws Mayhem off again! Mayhem took too long! Titan gets up, but Mayhem kicks him in his right knee! Mayhem keeps kicking… he's destroying Titan's knee! Titan goes down! Mayhem is setting up a scorpion death lock…can he get it on the big man? YES! He got it! Titan is screaming in pain! Titan is tapping out! "The Rogue Warrior" Mike Mayhem wins the match and moves on to the second round!

Tyler is in the ring and Z-Factor rushes down to the ring when his music comes on. Z-Factor getting into the action quite fast but Tyler clocks him! Tyler picks Z-Factor up and throws him to the outside! Tyler gets the chair Titan was using and slams Z-Factor! And again! Tyler drops the chair, rolls Z-Factor into the ring, and then follows. Tyler sets Z-Factor standing up in the corner and goes to the top rope… The Hammer! Looks like a Diamond Cutter! Tyler goes for the cover… Baid counts… 1… 2… 3!! Buzz Tyler wins the match and moves on to the triple threat match in the second round!

w/Big Daddy Langford

Shaz Draven comes down to the ring. When Big Daddy Colman's music comes on, he's nowhere in sight! The backstage crew plays his music again, but still no Big Daddy Colman! But wait, there he is coming through the crowd with Big Daddy Langford! Shaz doesn't see him and is just staring up at the ramp, waiting for him to come down! Colman comes from behind Shaz… and gives him a low blow!! Shaz is down… but Colman picks him back up and gives him a powerslam! Colman goes to the top rope…but Shaz gets up and shakes the ropes! Colman looses his footing… and now has a very high voice!! Shaz climbs up and grabs Colman… Superplex! Shaz goes back up to the top… Jokers Wild! Baid counts… 1… 2… 3!! Shaz Draven wins the match and is the third and final competitor in this Friday's second round triple threat match!

[President Kremen gets back in the ring once the wrestlers and the ref have left, and speaks.]
